Our Beneficiaries
Empowering Young Women Through Opportunity
We support determined young women with skills, training, and resources to build sustainable futures and uplift their communities.
Meet Allnice Doglo, a 20 years old passionate young lady who completed her studies in catering at Alavanyo Kpeme but lacked the opportunity to fully develop her practical skills. With a strong desire to grow and succeed in the culinary field, she is now receiving 6 months of skills training in catering services at Belk’s Bakery in Adenta, Greater Accra, through our sponsorship. We are proud to support her journey towards becoming a skilled and confident professional in the catering industry.
Tsetse Peace is a resilient and determined 24-year-old young lady from Alavanyo Kpeme. Despite the challenges of poor socio-economic condition which led to her becoming a mother during her teenage years, Peace has remained unwavering in her pursuit of a better future for herself and her child. Her decision to pursue a career in beauty and hairdressing is inspired by both a passion for the craft and a vision to one day establish her own salon after her training at God bless salon at Kpando.
Heartwill Formson, a 25 year old young lady from Alavanyo Kpeme, stood out not just for her passion for beauty and cosmetology, but for her selfless willingness to give back from our very first encounter with her.
Enrolled into a four months cosmetology training program Belove Secrete Beauty Service in Ho, volta region by Pearlleads Foundation, she immediately expressed interest in volunteering to train other girls in our intervention communities whenever the opportunity arises.
Pearlleads Foundation is delighted to support its fourth beneficiary, Atiboli Brighter, who began a hairdressing and cosmetology training program on August 16, 2025, at Jovelin Beauty Salon in Nungua.
At 25, Brighter’s journey reflects resilience and determination. After pausing her apprenticeship due to financial challenges, she continued practicing her skills within her community while navigating early motherhood. Her commitment to self-reliance and growth made her a deserving candidate for support.
