BENEFICIARY #0002- HAIRDRESSING AND BEAUTICIAN TRAINING

Despite the challenges of poor socio-economic condition which led to her becoming a mother during her teenage years, Peace has remained unwavering in her pursuit of a better future for herself and her child. Her decision to pursue a career in beauty and hairdressing is inspired by both a passion for the craft and a vision to one day establish her own salon after her training at God bless salon at Kpando.
During our initial engagement with Peace, she demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm and commitment. Always looked optimistic when discussing her dreams of becoming a professional beautician, and she expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity Pearlleads Foundation has provided.
Our sponsorship will cover the full cost of her training, training materials and certification after graduation. Peace’s enrolment is a testament to the impact of Pearlleads Foundation’s interventions in underserved communities. Over the next three years, we will provide continuous mentorship and periodic check-ins to ensure Peace remains on track. Upon completion, we intend to support her transition into employment or entrepreneurship through our post-training empowerment program.
